Cancel in the first 30 days and you wont be charged

We think Handset Detection is great, but thats not what matters. Its what you think that matters. If you're not 100% happy with our service, for absolutely any reason at all in the first 30 days, you can cancel your account and you will not be charged.

Cancel anytime after that and you wont be charged again

If you cancel anytime in the middle of a period you will not be charged again however you are responsible for whatever charges have been incurred during your current billing period. For example say your billing day is the 12th of the month and you cancel on the 20th of the month then you stil have to pay for the current period up until the 12th of next month.
